Malaysia Malaysia

Malaysian cuisine is arguably the best in the Far East with a sumptuous sandwich of Malay wedged between Indian and Chinese infusions. Vegetarian, seafood and meat dishes, a similar description of the people too, a strong vibrant society in diversity

Apart from a blip here and there Malaysia has been the byword of stability in South East Asia, that’s not to incur blandness. It boasts fine attributes and an interesting mish-mash of cultures and more importantly cuisines!!

Malacca was a place where Portuguese, Arabs, Dutch, British and Chinese all left their cultural and architectural imprints which are still evident today. The central part of Malacca is a little Amsterdam with the main waterway the centrepiece of the town.

Cameron Highlands was an old British hill station and today contains tea plantations where people still go to escape the worst of the heat

Kuala Lumpur or KL is the hub of the country, the Petronas Towers and the Sultan Abdul Samad railway station signify the new and old of the city. Penang brings resort Malaysia to the fore with it’s miles of beach and beautifully aged Georgetown as the very aesthetically pleasing entrepôt to the bejeweled island
